When choosing a sponsorship, you’ve got to be selective. There are many factors that determine where a sponsorship would be effective, and – to be completely frank, that’s why we’ve reached out to you.

Over the course of some extensive research, we have taken a look at which businesses would be the most compatible with ours when reaching out for a sponsorship. We’ve decided to reach out to you, because such an arrangement would be the best possible fit for both of us, providing benefit on both sides of the fence.

The goal of this project is to bring your business and mine into a sponsorship relationship, with mutually beneficial efforts that will support both of our business from here going forward.

As a valued sponsor, we strive to make this process as painless and worry-free for you as possible. We will do all the planning and content creation based on your needs, and if you have any questions at all, you can contact us by phone or email.

After we’ve agreed on this document, you and I will schedule our first meeting. We’ll discuss your needs as a sponsor, the kind of content your audience would like to see, and how we can help you feel like you’re getting the most for your money

As soon as the first payment is cleared, we will begin work on our sponsored content with you. We are excited to share your brand with our audience!


  1. You agree to ensure your employees will follow through with all sponsor benefits laid out within the terms of this agreement.
  2. The payment structure: 50% up front, 50% after sponsorship completion. Methods include PayPal and Bank Transfer.
  3. The sponsor will provide a press kit, including any marketing materials, logos, or other branding elements they feel we might need.
  4. The sponsor will clearly outline any requirements or restrictions on sponsored material in the initial meeting. Any changes to these requirements or restrictions must be given at least two weeks before the sponsored content is posted, with agreement to meet the costs that may be incurred by any such changes.
  5. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver any sponsorship benefits, you will be notified as soon as is possible. In some cases, we may provide alternatives for you to choose from if a benefit becomes unavailable.
  6. In case of sponsorship cancellation, the sponsor will pay for all work that has already been completed.
